In the Shadow of Giants

Looking at these drawings is definitely a humbling experience! I have so far to go, so much to improve in! But I truly want to be able to make beautiful pictures, like that AWESOME drawing of Liv Tyler! Today I read about one artist who uses both charcoal and graphite pencils to draw super-realistic textures. I think I have some charcoal pencils somewhere...I should try experimenting with them.
