Teachings of Jeff

This is my coworker, Jeff. He has a list of sayings which he repeats on a regular basis. Today I decided to start writing them down. Here's the ones I can remember:

• "If we don't ask, the answer is always no." (his #1 saying)
• "We have not because we ask not"
• "Watch the hand, see if the fingers move"
• "Have you ever heard of The Golden Rule? He who has the gold, makes the rules"

By Christmas I'd like to make a comic-style card titled "Teachings of Jeff." He's got a good (albeit sometimes really odd) sense of humor, so I think he'd get it. I attempted to draw a cartoon Jeff today, but all my 2 minutes of effort failed to produce anything that expresses his personality. Oh well - we have two meetings tomorrow; I can kill the time by staring at him and doodling in my notepad while pretending to take serious notes. (I'm really good at that.)
