My Ideal Life


I drew this for fun yesterday, inspired by all the cool books we've been looking at in my Children's Book Illustration class. This is a pencil drawing with digital coloring. I tried to give it a bit of a retro feel, like children's books in the 50s. It's titled "My Ideal Life."

What would your ideal life look like, and would it include squirrels?

    that is so cute! Is there nothing you can't do? My ideal life would have chipmunks on a leash!

    That's adorable! My real life is very close, I have a ferret I take for walks on a leash! :D

    Adorable! I have a pet squirrel, I don't think she'd take to walking on a leash tho. She's a bit too independent for that! lol :)

    How cute! Yes, my ideal life would have squirrels! I did not grow up in a country with squirrels, so now I'm completely obsessed! You are very creative and talented!
